President & CEO.

With over 25 years of Utility Construction experience, Ian started running Fiber in the Salt Lake Valley. From there he began to run Long Haul Fiber runs from Sacramento California to Salt Lake City. In 2002 he went to work running phone & fiber in the Carbon & Emery counties of Utah.

 2009 Questar Gas (now Dominion Energy) needed help installing gas infrastructure in the Uintah Basin area of Utah. It’s there he built a working relationship with them and has been installing gas lines with them ever since.

2022, Ian along with Sean and their families began Wilkerson West LLC to provide a passionate family-based company for their employees & customers. 

Lead of Operations.

With 10 years of experience Sean has built a trustworthy relationship with the clients he has worked for. He has been leading crews that have built both New Construction & Replacement projects for Dominion Energy.
